1. VALIDITY<\/h3>\n

Delivery conditions apply to all concluded sales deals and contracts and related deliveries and subsequent deliveries.
\nDeviations from these conditions of sale and delivery are valid, only if they are confirmed in writing by the buyer and seller.<\/p>\n

2. OFFERS<\/h3>\n

Offers are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. Their validity is indicated on the offer.
\nThe offer includes the name of the product, quantities, prices, payment terms and other conditions.<\/p>\n

3. PRICE AND CALCULATION<\/h3>\n

Prices in the offers are implied FCA warehouse Valpovo loaded on a truck or passenger car.
\nFor calculation, the dimensions and quantities of realized shipment shreds are valid based on a confirmed shipment.<\/p>\n

4. PRODUCTS<\/h3>\n

\nWe cannot guarantee an identical shade to the customer if the stone is taken from multiple batches, so for this reason we recommend that the customer order samples of smaller quantities from the current production series to make sure that they will get what they are looking for.
\nIf the buyer orders decorative stone based on catalogues, internet or exhibition panels, we cannot guarantee the same shade and we do not accept complaints in case of color difference because it is a natural material.<\/p>\n

Isolation or saltpeter is a natural flowering process on the surface of a stone or concrete-based product, and occurs when soluble salts with the help of moisture migrate from the inner layers of the structure to the surface and in the process of drying, crystalline powder clusters are formed, to which the guarantee does not apply.<\/p>\n

5. SETUP<\/h3>\n

If the buyer installs the brick himself, Boston d.o.o. proposes that the placement be done according to the regulations and instructions of the manufacturer or to look for a professional person who specializes in laying bricks.

6. DELIVERY TIME<\/h3>\n

Boston d.o.o. will comply with the stated delivery times according to the purpose and possibility.<\/p>\n

7. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT<\/h3>\n

If Boston d.o.o. delivers goods to the buyer at the warehouse or construction site, the price of transport will be stated as a separate item.
\nBoston d.o.o. can adjust transport prices during the year in accordance with changes in the market.
\nCrobrick uses transport companies such as Lagermax or similar for the delivery of its products and although the goods are normally delivered in one or two working days, except for the island, it is not able to guarantee the exact day of delivery because it depends on the carrier.<\/p>\n

8. PALLETS<\/h3>\n

Crobrick products are supplied on pallets of measures 80\/120 cm or 100\/120.
\nPallets for wall coverings are calculated as part of the transport price.<\/p>\n

9. TERMS OF PAYMENT<\/h3>\n

Payment terms are agreed in the Partnership Agreement with defined means of securing payments.
\nIf no cooperation agreement has been concluded with the buyer, payment is made on the basis of a proforma invoice (offer).
\nFor late payments, statutory default interest will be calculated.
\nIf the buyer withdraws from the purchase of ordered goods, he is not entitled to a refund of the advance paid, nor does he have the right to use the advance payment as a payment of an advance and \/ or price for another product.<\/p>\n

10. RIGHT TO RETAIN OWNERSHIP<\/h3>\n

Until payment is made in full, the delivered goods remain the property of Boston d.o.o..
\nIf Boston d.o.o. takes the goods back due to non-payment of the buyer, based on the right to retain ownership, the buyer bears the costs of transport in case of return or further sale of the goods.<\/p>\n

11. RETURN OF GOODS AND ASSOCIATED COSTS<\/h3>\n

If there is a delivery of an excessive quantity of goods in relation to the customer’s order, they will be accepted back only after Boston d.o.o. has been notified in writing about it, and if the goods are undamaged and the original packed on pallets ready for shipment.
\nGoods returned from the buyer, which are not properly packaged on pallets, will not be picked up.
\nIn any case, the buyer must have a receipt of taking over the same (shipment) upon return of the goods, on which the products with quantities are displayed.<\/p>\n

12. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS<\/h3>\n

Boston d.o.o. guarantees the usual quality and quantity of products within the framework of legal provisions.
\nFor all possible complaints regarding the quality and quantity of the product, the buyer is obliged to submit a commission record of the observed defects within 7 days of the collection \/ delivery of the product.
\nIn the event of a complaint, the buyer will single out the advertised goods and invite Boston d.o.o. to jointly determine the actual situation.
\nComplaint on part of the goods does not give the partner the right to prolong the payment for the unadvertised part of the goods.
\nThe advertised goods must not be put on sale by the partner until Boston d.o.o. issues a possible approval for the sale of the same.
\nWe do not accept complaints on partially or completely installed bricks.<\/p>\n

13. COPYRIGHT<\/h3>\n

The product that is the subject of sale is the author’s work of the Seller.
