1. The surfaces on which the stone is placed must be well fixed. 3. If it is necessary to adjust the irregular stone, use a stonemason’s hammer, and in the case of a stone of regular shape it is possible to use a flexer for cutting.

4. Apply glue to the stone.

5. Apply glue to the base and pull with a trowel. Be sure to glue the stone with double gluing, that is, applying glue to the stone and to the base.

6. Glue the stone with light horizontal or vertical movements parallel to the surface to displace the air between the stone and the substrate.

7. Leave a gap between the stones 1-2 cm depending on the desired effect and break the horizontal and vertical joints to create a more natural way of stacking the joints.

8. Grouting with a cloth or nylon bag so that you fill the joints to the end.

9. Depending on the temperature and absorbency of the base and stone, try a stone with your finger.

10. In the event that a wet trace of the joint remains on the finger is still damp and should not be grouted.

11. When the fugue achieves the consistency of wet sand, you can process it with a suitable stick. In this case, the fugue runs and cannot stain the stone, while this can very easily happen if the fugue is wet.
